the new Museumsquartier and the huge, former Imperial Museums.
In the opposite of the apartment one of Vienna's most classical and

The new apartment is located in an extensive, bourgeois town house (build
1880),
It extends over two storeies and offers on 70m² space for living.
Public means
of transport and activities
The apartment lies above a traffic-calmed, local shopping street - with
regular bus traffic (line 57A) -
in the 6th district of Vienna. The bus stops 80 metres from the house.
You are reaching the next underground station (line U2) in three minute,
further bus-. tramway- and
underground lines (U1, U4, D, J, 1, 2, 49, 62, 65, 2A, 4A, 59A, Lokalbahn
Wien - Baden)
are 4-8 walking minutes away from the house (for the most part at the
interchange station Karlsplatz).
Shops and the famous, cosmopolitan Naschmarkt are near to the house.
You reach a lot
of attractions in shortest time; by public transport (ca. five minutes)
or by feet (10-20 minutes)
you will find the historic 1st district, the Innere Stadt.
At first Vienna's representative avenue Ringstraße, covering the
area of the former city walls.
The most distinguished architects of Historicism built here (New Imperial

The apartment has a large an open living room with kitchen area
(round table with chairs for four persons, sofa-bed for one or two persons,
occasional table, Persian carpet, two leather-Fauteuils, chest of drawers
with stereo system and cable television on top, glas table, clothes
chest;
completely equipped, modern fitted kitchen: electric cooker, refrigerator,
sink,
toaster, crockery, cutlery and cooking utilities, work-top and sideboard,
iron
and ironing board; three large tilt windows, original engravings, potted
plant,
parquet floor and central heating.
By the broad wooden staircase you come from the living room to the sleeping
room,
which lies beneath the ridge of the roof. Here you will find a large
chest of drawers
and one spacious wardrobe (chair, occasional table, Persian carpet,
standard lamp,
clothes chest, antique engravings and printings, parquet floor, two
tilt windows and
specially for hot summers in this city: one individually adjustable
air-conditioner).
An entrance with hall-stand, from where you enter the bathroom
(lavatory, bath, washbasin, hair-dryer, marble tiles).

On your arrival, the bed will be ready made for you (quadruple - single)
and towels, soap, dish cloths, table cloths, writing
utensils, etc. will be provided.

Towels, bed linen
and table linen will be changed during the weekly
cleaning of the apartment and can, at your request,
be changed more frequently for an extra fee.
Free internet access (WLAN).

available by phone any daytime.
