Stornogebühren:
Stornierungen werden nur in schriftlicher Form anerkannt.
Bei einer Stornierung der Buchung Ihrerseits bis 14 Tage vor dem Ankunftstermin,
wird die bereits bezahlte Anzahlung fur 1 Jahr gutgeschrieben.
Innerhalb dieser Frist können sie den Betrag für eine spätere Buchung
unseres Appartements innerhalb eines Jahres verwenden.
Stornieren Sie innerhalb der letzten beiden Wochen vor dem Ankunftstermin
oder ist die Jahresfrist abgelaufen, verfällt Ihre Anzahlung.

Bei Nichtankunft werden 100% der Anzahlung in Rechnung gestellt,
die Anzahlung wird somit nicht rückerstattet.
Bei verkürztem Aufenthalt sind keine Abzüge möglich.

Cancellation fees:
Only written cancellations are acceptable.
In case of cancellation of your reservation 14 days or more before
arrival we will convert your deposit into a voucher.
This voucher is valid for one year and can be used for another booking of our flat.
If your cancellation is made within 14 days of arrival or the voucher
is not used within one year there will be no refund of the deposit.

In case of a no-show, 100% of the total deposit will be charged.
Shortened stays cannot be refunded.

Vi preghiamo di effettuare un acconto del 30% via bonifico bancario.
L'importo restante è da pagare in contanti al arrivo.

Ammenda relativa alla cancellazione della prenotazione:
Eventuali cancellazioni della Vostra prenotazione
saranno riconosciute solo in forma scritta.
Se la cancellazione avviene fino a 14 giorni prima dell'arrivo previsto,
l'acconto pagato Vi sarà accreditato per 1 anno.
Entro questo termine potrà essere usato per ulteriori
prenotazioni nell'arco dello stesso anno.
Se la cancellazione avviene nelle due settimane prima dell'arrivo
previsto o nel caso della scadenza dell'anno, l'importo pagato scadrà.

In caso di mancato arrivo chiediamo il 100% dell'importo
versato, quindi il deposito non verrà restituito.
Non possiamo restituire i soldi in caso di partenza anticipata.

2週間以内のキャンセル、あるいはご連絡のない場合、
お支払い済みの予約金はキャンセル料として申し受けます。
