In the apartment there is a kitchen with a dining table
and a pantry, a living room, a children's room,
a bathroom including a toilet, a separate toilet, an entry hall and
a terrace.
The kitchen is fully equipped with gas stove + electric oven, microwave,
dishwasher, coffeemachine, toaster, fridge and Sat-TV.
In the bathroom you find a bath tube, a shower, a toilet, a bidet and washbasin.
A hairdryer, towels and soap are provided for you.
In the living room there are 2 pull-out couches, Sat-TV,
and a computer with CD/DVD and a headset
A sewing kit and an umbrella are provided

Location & Infrastructure:
The house is situated in the western outskirts of vienna, in a green,
quiet area called Schafberg where you have a good view over vienna.
In a few minutes walk you can reach a little shopping center with a supermarket,
post office, cafe, hairdresser as well as a "heuriger" and 2 restaurants and
the tram stop "Neuwaldegg".(tram number 43).
From Neuwaldegg it takes you about 20 minutes to go to Schottentor by tram (to the center of the city).
After 4 tram stops you can change to a fast train (S45) to reach "Donauinsel" or the railway station "Hütteldorf".
Certainly you can reach every destination in vienna when changing the tram
Leisure activities
Outdoor swimming in "Schafbergbad", you can reach it in a few minutes walk a great park
called "Pötzleinsdorfer Schlosspark" is situated behind "Schafbergbad" with a little petting zoo.
A center for sports - especially for tennis and football - is Marswiese, you can go there by car in 5 minutes
In "Schwarzenbergpark" you have the possibility for long distance skiing if
there is snow enough - it is also to reach in 5 minutes by car.
Hiking, jogging and nordic walking you can start around the
house and go to the nearby Vienna Woods.
