Der Rest erfolgt im Bar bei der Schlüsselübergabe.

The rest of the payment is to be made together with the handing over of the key.

Nach Erhalt der Anzahlung bekommen Sie sofort eine Reservierungsbestätigung per E Mail.
After the receipt of the deposit you will receive per e-mail a booking confirmation.

Im Falle einer Stornierung ihrer Buchung bis 14 Tage vor dem vereinbarten Ankunftstermin
wandeln wir Ihre Anzahlung in ein Guthaben um.
Sie können dieses Guthaben innerhalb eines Jahres für eine Buchung unseres Apartments verwenden.
In case of cancellation of you booking, two weeks before your arrival,
we will transform your deposit in a credit.
You can use this credit within a year for another eventual reservation for our flat.

Die Kosten bei Schlüsselverlust betragen € 100,-.
Endreinigungskosten: € 29,-
Beim Bedarf: Mobiles Modem mit USB Anschluss.
Kreditkarte für Internet, 1GB, € 20,-.
The expenses in case of the loss of the key are of 100 euros.
The cleaning costs at the end of your stay: 29 euros.
If required: mobile modem with USB connection
Internet credit card – 1 GB: 20 euros.
