adjoining the 5th and the 12th district, (nearby the Matzleinsdorfer Square).
Location and surroundings
The flat, lovingly new furnished lies in the fourth floor, in a building with an elevator
which is also in a conveniently situated position in order to reach any kind of mean of transport.
In front of the building there is the tramcar number 6 – stop,
by which you can reach after two stops the underground station U1.
Travelling by the underground, you will reach within
7 minutes Down Town or, continuing some stops more, the UNO Vienna.
In the opposite direction, line 6 brings you within 15 minutes to the
Westbahnhof (western railway station), U3, U4, U6 and the Mariahilferstreet.
In order to buy food stuff you only have to take the elevator in your building until
the ground floor, because there is a Billa supermarket in the same house,
The Reumann Square is nearby and offers many others shopping possibilities.
Furthermore, 200 metres form the flat you can find the tramline number 1.
This one takes you along the so called Ring Street to the sightseeing’s of the Austrian capital:
Karlsplatz, the Opera House, Hofburg, Museums, Parliament, Mayory,
University, until the last stop, which is the Prater.
From the airport in Vienna you can reach the flat in about 30 minutes by the high-speed railway S7,
by the tramline 6 or by bus until the Westbahnhof and then again by tram number 6.
Around the building there is a parking place with no fees. |
| The flat lies in the middle of the house, heading a side road and therefore it is very quiet
(the balcony is glazed). It has a surface of 41 square metres and is suitable for 2-3 persons.
It has following rooms:
Anteroom: hall-stand with mirror
Living and sleeping room: big room optically divided by a curtain.
* Double bed (180x 200 cm), bed linen, wardrobe.
* Couch turnable into bed, stool, chest of drawers for a TV set (cable),
DVD player, dining table with chairs, 2 little occasional tables.
Kitchen: electric cooker, microwaves, fridge, kettle, coffee machine,
pots and pans, kitchenware, washing machine.
Bathroom + WC: Bathtub with glass wall, big and small towels, hair dryer
Balcony: Glazed with a hammock in it and a little table with chair (if there is a smoker).
Otherwise, smoking is prohibited in the flat. (Fire and smoke alarm is installed in the ceiling).
