Die gemütlich eingerichteten Apartments verwöhnen Business - als auch den Freizeitreisenden. Bei uns wohnen Sie zentral, preiswert und komfortabel wie zu Hause! Supermärkte, Restaurants, traditionelle Wiener Cafehäuser und die großen Wiener Einkausfsstrassen wie die Mariahilferstrasse und die Kärntnerstrasse befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Sie benötigen keine öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel um in die Innenstadt zu gelangen, in 5 Minuten können Sie zu Fuß die Wiener Ringstrasse mit ihren historischen Bauwerken erreichen. Sollten sie trotzdem eine U Bahn benötigen, liegt 3 Minuten vom Apartment entfernt die nächste U Bahn Station U3 und U2 Station Volkstheater. Ihre Vermieter sind die Hauseigentümer und leidenschaftliche Wiener. Es ist uns ein Anliegen, dass sie sich in unseren Apartments wohl fühlen.

Apartment City Das Apartment City ist geeignet für 1 bis 2 Personen Rauchen ist in diesem Apartment nicht erlaubt. Das Apartment liegt im ersten Stock und besteht aus Wohn/Schlafraum mit gemütlicher, hochwertiger, ausziehbarer Couch, einem Schreitisch, Flatscreen-TV, Kabel-TV, Radio, CD- Player.


Einer komplett eingerichteten Küche mit Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Herd mit Backofen, ausreichend Geschirr, einer Kaffeemaschine und einem großen gemütlichen Tisch. Ein Badezimmer mit Waschmaschine, Vorzimmer und WC. Apartment Wiener Melange Das Apartment Wiener Melange City ist geeignet für 1 bis 2 Personen Das Apartment liegt im ersten Stock, ist 38m² gross und besteht aus Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett, grossem Badezimmer mit Waschmaschine und einem Vorraum, Einer großen, komplett eingerichteten Küche mit ausreichend Geschirr, Ceranherd mit Backofen, Kaffeemaschine, Kühlschrank und Geschirrspüler. Flatscreen-TV, Kabel-TV, Radio, CD- Player und Zimmersafe. Rauchen ist in diesem Apartment ebenfalls nicht erlaubt.

Welcome to Cityapartments-Vienna ! "Living on time -- in the center of Vienna - in a courtyard" Right at the corner, there is the Viennese Ringstrasse with its historical monuments like the "Hofburg", the "art and nature-historical museum and the "Museumsquartier"

Our apartments are located in the heart of Vienna. The comfortable equipped apartments spoil buisness as well as holiday travellers. In our apartments you live central, favourable and cosy like at home. Supermarkets, restaurants, traditionell viennese coffehauses and the big viennese shoppingstreets like the Mariahilferstreet and the Kärntnerstreet are in close surrounding. You do not need puplic transportation to get to the center. In 5 minutes you can reach by feet the vienesse ringstreet with its historical monuments. Should you still need a subway, there is the next subway station U3 and U2 Volkstheater, three minutes away from the apartment. Your landlords are the owner of the house and passionate viennese. Our intention is to provide you a comfortable stay in our apartmetns.

Apartment City The Apartment City is suitable for 1 till 2 persons. It consists of 1 living/bedroom with comfortable, high quality, exentable couch, a desk, flatscreen and kabel tv, radio and cd-player.



Large kitchen fully equipped, with a fridge, stove with oven, enough dishes, coffe mashine and a large, comfortable dinning-table. Bathroom with washing maschine, antheroom, and restroom. Pets and smoking are not allowed in the apartment. The apartment is located in the first floor. Apartment Wiener Melange The Apartment Wiener Melange is 38m² large and is suitable for 1 to 2 persons. It consists of bedroom with a doublebed, Flatscreen and Sat-TV , radio and cd-player. Large bathroom with a bathtub, a shower and a washing mashine. A big, fully equipped kitchen, with a fridge, a dishwasher, a stove with oven, enough dishes, an extendable table for 1-2 persons. The apartment is located in the first floor. Smoking is not allowed. ____ With free WLAN internet access you are always well connected. You can pay by credit card, bankomat, or cash. Arrival time at 2 pm. Depature time at 11 am.
