The location of my apartment: The underground station U1 is direct in front of the house, 1 stop to the City, 2 stops to St. Stephens Cathedral, 3 stops to UNO City. The Prater with the Giant Ferris Wheel is within 5 minutes walking distance. In the neighbourhood shopping centres, groceries, cafes, restaurants, hairdresser, pharmacy, doctors, hospital ? etc.

	Apartment: Sunny and bright, completely renovated 3 room-apartment in the centre of Vienna. Size: 82 m2. Suitable for 2-6 persons (sleeping room, cabinet, living room with double bed). Located in a private house, 1st floor, elevator available.

Living room: Convertible sofa that sleeps 2, cable-TV, radio, CD player. Sleeping-room: comfortable two single beds, writing-table, TV. Kitchen: gas stove, microwave oven, watercooker, fridge with freezing compartment, kitchen utensils, dishes, pull-out table, washing-machine Entrance area, toilet separate, bathroom.

	All rooms open to the entrance area. Children´s bed and chair on request. Phone, fax with voicemail, hairdryer, ironing board and electric iron, vacuum cleaner. Non-smoking apartment.
