Für längere Aufenthalte bieten wir Preisnachlässe nach Vereinbarung.

Alle Preise gelten inkl. aller Taxen und Endreinigung.
Gebühren für Telefon und Internet werden nach Verbrauch verrechnet.

Bei einem Aufenthalt von länger als drei Tagen ersuchen wir um eine Anzahlung von
30% mittels Banküberweisung. Der Restbetrag ist bitte in bar zu begleichen.

Stornogebühren:
Stornierungen werden nur in schriftlicher Form anerkannt.
Bei einer Stornierung der Buchung Ihrerseits bis 14 Tage vor dem Ankunftstermin,
wird die bereits bezahlte Anzahlung für 1 Jahr gutgeschrieben.
Innerhalb dieser Frist können sie den Betrag für eine spätere Buchung
eines unserer Appartements innerhalb eines Jahres verwenden.
Stornieren Sie innerhalb der letzten beiden Wochen vor dem Ankunftstermin
oder ist die Jahresfrist abgelaufen, verfällt Ihre Anzahlung.

Bei Nichtankunft werden 100% der Anzahlung in Rechnung gestellt, die Anzahlung
wird somit nicht rückerstattet. Bei verkürztem Aufenthalt sind keine Abzüge möglich.

Minimumstay: 2 days.

Telephone and Internet depend on your use.

Would you please send us a deposit of 30% by bank transfer, if you stay
longer than three days. The outstanding amount please pay in cash.

Cancellation fees:
We only accept written cancellations. In case of cancellation of your reservation
14 days or more before arrival we will convert your deposit into a voucher.
This voucher is valid for one year and can be used for another booking of one of
our apartments. If your cancellation is made within 14 days of arrival or the
voucher is not used within one year there will be no refund of the deposit.

In case of a no-show, we charge 100% of the total deposit. There will be no refund.
We are unable to give refunds for an abbreviated stay.

Soggiorno minimo: 2 giorni.
Per soggiorni lunghi offriamo previo accordo speciali sconti.

Tutti i prezzi sono validi incl. tutte le tasse e la pulizia finale.
Telefono e internet verranno addebitati secondo il relativo consumo.

Nel caso di un soggiorno eccedente i tre giorni Vi preghiamo di effettuare un acconto
del 30% via bonifico bancario. L'importo restante è da pagare in contanti.

Ammenda relativa alla cancellazione della prenotazione:
Eventuali cancellazioni della Vostra prenotazione saranno riconosciute solo in
forma scritta. Se la cancellazione avviene fino a 14 giorni prima dell'arrivo previsto,
l'acconto pagato Vi sarà accreditato per 1 anno. Entro questo termine potrà essere
usato per ulteriori prenotazioni nell'arco dello stesso anno. Se la cancellazione
avviene nelle due settimane prima dell'arrivo previsto o nel caso della
scadenza dell'anno, l'importo pagato scadrà.

In caso di mancato arrivo chiediamo il 100% dell'importo versato, quindi il deposito
non verrà restituito. Non possiamo restituire i soldi in caso di partenza anticipata.

Estancia minima: 2 dias.

En el caso de una estancia de mas de 3 dias, pedimos efectuar un anticipo del 30% por
transferencia bancaria. El importe restante debera ser pagado en efectivo.

Al cancelar la reserva se debera abonar:
Eventuales anulaciones de vuestra reserva seran reconocidas solamente en forma escrita.
Si la anulacion de la reserva se produce hasta 14 dias antes de la llegada prevista,
el anticipo efectuado podrá ser acreditado por 1 año. En este periodo puede ser
utilizado para otras reservas. Si la anulacion se produce en las dos semandas antes
de la llegada o en el caso de la expiracion del año, el importe pagado decae.

En el caso de no llegar se cobrara el 100% del costo de estancia. En el caso en que su
estadia deba ser interrumpida por algun motivo especial debera abonar también el 100%.
