Herzlich willkommen in unseren neu adaptierten Appartements.
Bei uns erleben Sie einen gemütlichen Aufenthalt in rustikalem
Ambiente in einem typischen Wiener Bürgerhaus.

Unsere ruhig gelegenen Appartements bieten Platz für 1 bis 4 Personen.
Sie finden darin jeden Komfort, von Microwelle,
Geschirrspüler und Waschmaschine bis zum Kabel-Fernseher.
Ein Internet-Arbeitsplatz steht allen Gästen in unserer Rezeption zur Verfügung.

Um Ihren Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten,
bieten wir auf Wunsch auch tägliche Reinigung,
Babysitter-Service und Frühstücksgebäckszustellung an.

Unserer Familie liegt das Wohlbefinden unserer Gäste sehr am Herzen.
Ob Informationen, die Reservierung von Theaterkarten oder Leihwagen, etc. - wir kümmern uns darum!

Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel und nächste Umgebung:
Sowohl das Zentrum als auch z.B. das Schloß Schönbrunn
(Autobus- und Straßenbahnstationen der Linien 44, J, 9 und 10A sind nur 2 Minuten entfernt)
sind ohne umzusteigen in nur ca.15 Minuten zu erreichen.
Schöne Ausflugsziele im Wienerwald wie z.B. der Wilhelminenberg (5 Min.)
oder der Exelberg (15 Min.) sind sowohl zu Fuß als auch mit
öffentlichen Verkehrsmittels in Kürze zu erreichen.

Parkmöglichkeiten gibt es gebührenfrei direkt in unserer Straße.
Ab 2005 steht unseren Gästen auch ein Garagenplatz zur Verfügung.

Umfangreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten,
Restaurants und ein Heuriger sind in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Großer Wohnschlafraum mit einem
Doppelbett und einem Doppelschlafsofa,
große Wohnküche mit Eßecke
(Waschmaschine, Microwelle, Herd, Toaster,
Kühlschrank, Kaffeemaschine, Geschirrspüler),
Bad mit Dusche, separates WC,
gesamt 45 m² für 1 - 4 Personen geeignet.

Baby/Kleinkindausstattung (Gitterbett, Bettwäsche, Wickeltisch, Badewanne,
Hochstuhl, Buggy) wird auf Anfrage kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellt.

Haustiere auf Anfrage

Fahrräder können im Haus abgestellt werden.

Anreise mit Voranmeldung täglich von 0-24 Uhr!

Where your comfort is our goal!

Welcome to our family run traditional Viennese holiday apartments.
We would like to offer you our hospitality in the charming atmosphere of old Vienna.

In our apartments 1 to 4 people can be accommodated in comfort.
For your comfort and convenience each apartment is fitted with everything
from a microwave, a dishwasher and a washing machine to cable television.

In our reception an internet workplace is at all our guests' disposal.

In order to make your stay in Vienna as pleasant as we possibly can,
we also offer the following services: daily cleaning,
babysitter service, fresh bread and rolls daily.

Public transport and surroundings:
We are located close to public transport.
The stations of the tram J, 9 and 44 and bus 10A are only 2 minutes away.
The center of Vienna (Opera) and Schönbrunn Palace can be reached directly
and without changing by tram and bus and are just 15 minutes away.
You can make beautiful excursions on foot or on public transport
to Wilhelminenberg (5 min.) or Exelberg (15 min.).

There is free on-street parking. From 2005 onwards we are able to offer
our guests a parking place in the garage opposite our building.

Many shopping possibilities, restaurants and
a typical viennese wine garden are not far off.

Very big bed-sitting room with a
double bed and one double sofabed,
separate big fully fitted kitchen/diner
(dishwasher, microwave, coffeemachine,
stove, toaster, refrigerator, washing machine),
bathroom with shower, separate WC.
Area: 45 m² for 1-4 people.

On request: Baby equipment for free
(cot, bedsheets, changing table, bathtub, highchair, buggy).

Pets welcome if quiet and well-behaved. Advance notice required.

Bicycles can be parked in our building.

Time of arrival daily from 0-24h with notification in advance!

Voi, cari ospiti, ed il Vostro benessere sono la misura
per il nostro agire e pensare.

Benvenuti nei nostri appartamenti per vacanze tipiche viennesi a conduzione familiare.
Vorremmo offrirvi la nostra ospitalità nell'atmosfera e nel fascino dell'antica Vienna.

Nei nostri appartamenti possono essere accomodate in modo confortevole da 1 a 4 persone.
Il nostro servizio include: cucina completamente fornita, TV, lavatrice, asciugamani,
lenzuola e coperte, guanciali e pulizia finale del soggiorno.

Per tutti i nostri ospiti è a disposizione un internet-point nella nostra reception.

Perché il Vostro soggiorno sia il più piacevole possibile,
offriamo a Vostra richiesta anche pulizia giornaliera,
servizio babysitting e servizio pane per la colazione.

Vogliamo infine ricordarVi che siamo un'impresa familiare e che il benessere
dei nostri ospiti ci sta molto a cuore. Prenotazioni di biglietti per
il teatro o macchine a noleggio ecc. - noi ce ne occupiamo!

Traffico pubblico e dintorni:
Sia il centro, come anche per esempio il castello di Schönbrunn
(le fermate autobus e tram - le linee 44, J, 9 e 10A - distano solo 2 minuti)
sono raggiungibili, senza dover cambiare mezzi, in ca. 15 minuti.
Si possono fare gite molto belle nel Wienerwald come per esempio il
Wilhelminenberg (5 min) o il Exelberg (15 min) che sono facilmente
raggiungibili a piedi o anche con i mezzi pubblici.

C'è possibilità di parcheggio direttamente nella nostra strada.
Dal 2005 offriamo ai nostri ospiti anche parcheggi nella rimessa.

Inoltre c'è la possibilità di fare la spesa, di mangiare in
ristoranti o in un "Heurigen" tipico viennese qui vicino.

Monolocale Juliana:
Un grande salotto-camera con un letto
matrimoniale e un divano-letto per due
persone, una cucina abitabile grande
con lavatrice, microonde, forno, tostapane,
frigorifero, lavastoviglie, macchina da caffè,
e un angolo da pranzo grande, un bagno
piccolo con doccia, un wc a parte,
le dimensioni: 45 m² per 1-4 persone.

A richiesta gratis equipaggiamento per bebè e bambini piccoli
(letto con le sponde alte, biancheria da letto, fasciatoio,
vasca da bagno, seggiolino alto, carrozzina).

Animali domestici previo avviso!

Le biciclette possono essere parcheggiate nella nostra casa.

L'arrivo è possibile tutti i giorni, 24 ore con preavviso.

Se avete bisogno, andiamo a prenderVi alla stazione o all'aeroporto.

Bienvenidos a nuestros apartamentos para vacaciones típicas vieneses en un ambiente familiar.
Querríamos ofrecerles a ustedes nuestra hospitalidad en el ambiente y el encanto de la antigua Viena.

Podemos ofrecer a nuestros huéspedes departamentos para 1 hasta
4 personas en nuestra casa restaurada y a un paso del centro.

Todos los apartamentos son naturalmente dotados de electrodomésticos modernos
(lavavajillas, microondas y lavadora), teléfono, televisión por cable,
toallas y ropa de cama, vajillas, plancha, tabla de planchar.

Para todos nuestros huéspedes esta disponible un servicio Internet en la recepción.

Para que vuestra estancia sea de su agrado, ofrecemos a petición limpieza diaria,
servicio de guardería para niños y servicio de desayuno con pan.

Después de todo querría recordarles a ustedes que somos una empresa familiar
y que el bienestar de nuestros huéspedes es muy importante para nosotros.
Reserva de ticket al teatro, alquiler de coches, etc - nosotros los hacemos!

Trafico publico y alrededores:
Tanto el centro, como también el castillo de Schönbrunn son de fácil acceso
por medio de autobús y tranvía (las paradas - las líneas 44, J, 9 y 10A - están a 2 minutos)
sin hacer escala, en 15 minutos. Se pueden hacer muchas excursiones lindas en el
Wienerwald como por ejemplo el Wilhelminenberg (5 min.) o el Exelberg (15 min.)
que son de fácil acceso a pié o también por medios de transporte públicos.
Hay posibilidades de estacionamiento directamente en nuestra calle.

Cerca de acá hay muchas de hacer compras, cenar en restaurantes
o disfrutar de la cocina austriaca en un mesón típico "Heuriger".

Monoambiente Juliana:
1 Living grande con 1 cama doble y un
sofá-cama para 2 personas, 1 cocina grande
con lavadora, microondas, horno, tostador,
heladera, lavavajillas, cafetera, mesa grande
con sillas, 1 baño pequeño con ducha,
un wc separado, 45 m² para 1-4 personas.

Animales domésticos previo aviso!

Bicicletas pueden ser estacionadas en el interior del edificio.

Llegada sin limite de horario con previo aviso.

Con previo acuerdo ofrecemos el traslado del aeropuerto
o estación de tren a Appartements Bernhofer.
