Hausbeschreibung:

Das vollausgestattete 40m² große Apartment befindet sich im 1.Stock
eines Eigentumshauses, auch mit Lift erreichbar und liegt im 2.Bezirk
in unmittelbarer Nähe des Zentrums Wien (1.Bezirk) sowie des Donakanals
dem Wiener Prater und des Wiener Messe Zentrum.

Verkehrslage / Aktivitäten:

Vor Ihrer Haustüre haben Sie die Möglichkeit mit der Straßenbahn 3er Linie "O"
nur eine Station oder zu Fuß 3 Gehminuten vom Praterstern entfernt,
alle öffentliche Verkehrsmittel wie U Bahn, Schnellbahn, Autobus oder
Straßenbahn zu benützen welche Sie in alle Richtungen von Wien bringen.

Weiteres bietet sich der Wiener Prater zum Spazieren,sportlichen Aktivitäten
wie Tennis, Golf, Schwimmen, Reiten oder Joggen sowie kulinarische Betriebe
wie Schweizerhaus, Lusthaus oder auch der Vergnügungspark "Prater"
wie Riesenrad und andere Einrichtungen an und das Alles in nur wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.
Auch die Donauinsel mit ihren Unterhaltungs und Bademöglichkeiten können Sie
per U-Bahn U1(Praterstern) mit nur 2 Stationen erreichen.
Ein Supermarkt befindet sich im selben Block des Apartment, Speiselokale,
Apotheke, Espresso und Tankstelle in unmittelbarer Umgebung.

Zu Fuß erreichen Sie in ca.15 Minuten das Zentrum von Wien, den Stephansplatz
das Kunsthaus Hundertwasser oder Sie spazieren entlang des Donakanals
mit seinem Schiffsrestaurant und anderen gemütlichen Einrichtungen.

Eine neue Wiener Einrichtung ermöglicht Ihnen Fahrräder um nur
2 Euro den Tag auszuleihen und Wien damit zu erradeln.
Die Fahrräder können an 240 Standorten in 8 Bezirken
entweder ausgeborgt oder zurückgestellt werden.

Handtücher, Badetücher, Bettwäsche zum Wechseln,
Bügeleisen, Bügelbrett, Fön, Nähzeug, Wecker und
Bücher sind im Apartmentpreis enthalten.

House description:

The apartment is large (40 m²), fully equipped
and is situated on the 1st floor of a privat apartment block.
There is direct access to the apartment, which can also be reached by an elevator.
The house is situated close to the centre of Vienna in the 2nd district.
It also offers easy access to the Danube Channel, the Viennes Prater
and the Viennies Trade Fair Centre-all of which are nearby.

Public transport / activities:

Outside your front door you have the option of jumping on the Tram-line O (only one station)
or a 3minute walk to reach the Praterstern with its public transportations links
(U-Bahn, S-Bahn, Bus and Trams) which offer you destinations all across Vienna .

A short walk from your apartment ar opportunties for walking and sports activities
such as tennis, golf, swimming, horse riding and jogging. In addition there are a wide
variety of venues such as the Schweizerhaus, Lusthaus and the Luna Park "Prater".
The latter includes Vienna`s big wheel as well as other rides and entertainments.
Another popular destination within easy reach is the "Donauinsel" (Danube island)
with its multiple possibilities-only two stops from the Praterstern.

For those who enjoy a gentle stroll, central Vienna destinations such as Stephansplatz
or the Kunsthaus,and Hundertwasser building are all within approximately 15 minutes walk.
Or alternatively,you can walk along the "Donaukanal" towards to the
restaurants and other snug saloons.

A Supermarkt is situated within the same apartment block and local area
includes restaurants, a pharmacy, cafes and a petrol station.
A new Viennese system make it easy for you to rent a bicycle for
only 2 Euro a day to view Vienna. Bicycles can be rent from
and returned to-any of 240 outlets in 8 districts.

Drying towels, bath-towels, bed linen, an iron and ironing board, hairdryer,
sewing kit, alarm clock and books are included in the apartment price .

Brochures and other tourist information is provided for you
and on your arrival the bed will be ready made.

There are no restrictions on your arrival time during
the day and a parking space is available.
