Öffentliche Verkehsmittel und nächste Umgebung Das Stadtzentrum ist in 35 Minuten gut zu erreichen. Bushaltestelle 150m entfernt, die Busse fahren im 10-Minuten-Takt zum Bahnhof Wien-Hütteldorf / U-Bahn Station. Mit der Linie U4 erreichen Sie schnell und bequem das Zentrum sowie die Sehenswürdigkeiten Wiens, Schönbrunn, Oper, Albertina, Ringstrasse und Kärntnerstrasse. Letzter Bus von Hütteldorf zu uns fährt um 00.45 Uhr. Taxistandplatz gibt es bei der U-Bahnstation. Infrastruktur und nächste Umgebung: Umkreis von 200 - 400 m Restaurants, Lebensmittelgeschäfte, Supermarkt, Bäckerei 2 km entfernt grosses Einkaufs- und Freizeitzentrum “Auhof”, mit diversen Modegeschäften, Restaurants, Cafes, Friseur, Post, Apotheke, 12 Kinosälen, FitnessCenter, Bowling, Billard & Disco. 2 – 4 km entfernt Frei- und Hallenbad, Tennisanlagen, ebenso eine Schiwiese mit Schlepplift & Flutlicht und Sommer-Rodelbahn, eine Top-Freizeitattraktion für Jung und Alt. Privatzimmer Die 3 ruhigen, gemütlichen Schlafzimmer des Apartments “BELLEVUE” können auch EINZELN als Doppelzimmer oder Einzelzimmer gebucht werden. Jedes dieser Zimmer hat einen eigenen Zugang vom Vorzimmer und ein eigenes Badezimmer mir Dusche und/oder Badewanne und WC. Zur gemeinsamen Benutzung wären: Küche, Esszimmer und das grosse Wohnzimmer mit Terrasse.
Handtücher, Bett-und Tischwäsche werden von uns bereitgestellt. Wöchentlicher Wäschewechsel. Kostenlos: Fitnessraum, auf Wunsch Kinderbett. Gegen Gebühr: Zustellbett, Sauna, Waschmaschine, Wäschetrockner, Fahrradverleih. Auf Wunsch wäre auch ein Frühstückservice möglich. Gepflegter Garten mit Gartenmöbel kann gerne mitbenützt werden. Fahrradabstellplatz, Fax und Internetanschluss im Haus. Haustiere auf Anfrage willkommen. Anreise jeden Tag möglich, zwischen 15.00 und 18.00 Uhr, andere Uhrzeit kann gerne vereinbart werden. Welcome to the “Am Wiesengrund” holiday apartments!

Enjoy your holiday in one of our comfortable apartments or private rooms just west of Vienna’s city center.
Here you can enjoy the best of both worlds - good connections to the city with Vienna’s excellent public
transportation and a tranquil, natural and safe setting near the Vienna Woods.

Free parking is available directly on the street in front of the house.

Location & Activities:

With public transportation the city center is a mere 35 minutes away. The bus stop is only 150 meters
(about 500 feet) from our front door the buses leave every ten minutes to the Tram line 49 or to the
train station Wien-Hütteldorf/ Subway station line U4.
With both lines you will be able to comfortably reach the city center and other sights of Vienna.

In a perimeter of 200-400 meters you will find restaurants (traditional Viennese, Japanese, and Pizza),
grocery stores, supermarkets, and bakeries.

Two kilometres from our Pension is the “Auhof” shopping center, where you will find 90 stores
(H&M, eletronics stores, etc.), a large German language movie theatre, fitness center,
bowling, pool / billiard and a disco.

Also nearby are outdoor and indoor swimming pools, tennis courts, as well as Vienna’s only ski area.
Our location is ideal for taking walks in the woods or in the meadow across from the Pension,
also ideal if you are a jogger, Nordic walker, or mountain biker.

The famous Schönbrunn Palace and Schönbrunn zoo ( oldest zoo in Europe, petting zoo ),
the Lainzer zoological gardens ( great for walks with the family, also with petting zoo ),
the „Jugendstil“ Villa Museum of artist Ernst Fuchs, Laudon Palace (walking distance,
Vienna’s only water castle), the baroque pilgrimage church “Mariabrunn” (17th century),
and the Vienna Stadthalle ( large concert venue ).

Appartement Wienerwald

Bright, comfortable, traditionally decorated NON-SMOKING two-room apartment on the second floor
with a beautiful view of the Vienna Woods. 50m² (500 square feet), sleeps 2-5 people comfortably.
The apartment has one bedroom with one double bed and one single bed.

In the living/dining area there is a table that seats five people, a comfortable lounge area,
which can be converted into two single beds, and a small kitchen with a 2-burner electric
stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, tea kettle, and toaster oven.

Internet connection, satellite television, DVD and CD player, books and games in room.
One bathroom with shower and toilet, hair dryer.

Appartement Bellevue

Roomy, luxurious, traditionally decorated, 5-room apartment on the ground floor: 150m²
(1,600 square feet), sleeps 4-6 people comfortably.

From the foyer you have private access to three bedrooms; two bedrooms with double
beds, one bedroom with two single beds. Each bedroom has a TV and radio alarm clock.

There are three bathrooms, with shower or bath tub and toilet. One half-bath with toilet and sink.
Hair dryer included. Dining room with sideboard and a large, extendable table that seats eight
people. The dining room also has a TV and radio.

The kitchen is equipped with a 4-burner stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee
machine, tea kettle, oven, and toaster.

Elegant 30 m² (300 square feet) living room with comfortable sofas and armchairs,
satellite TV, radio, DVD and CD player, library, and games. Direct access to a
shaded garden terrace through the living room.

Apartment HaWei



Bright 1 room studio apartment, 40 sqm on first floor for 1–3 Persons.

...incl. bathroom with shower or bath tub and toilet.

incl. kitchen is with a 4-burner stove, refrigerator, microwave,
coffee machine, tea kettle, oven, and toaster.



Private Rooms

The three comfortable bedrooms of the “Bellevue” apartment can also be rented individually.
There are two DOUBLE bedrooms and one SINGLE bedroom (with two single beds).
Each room has a bathroom with a bath tub/shower and toilet. The rooms are all accessible
from the apartment entrance hall.

The following is shared with other occupants of the “Bellevue” apartment:
kitchen, dining room, and the large living room with garden terrace.

General Information

We provide towels, bed sheets and table linens, which will be changed weekly during your stay.

We can also provide the following: children’s bed/crib, washing machine, dryer, fitness room.

The following are available for a fee: Breakfast service, Sauna

Bike parking and a well-kept garden with garden furniture are also available for use.

We provide the magazine „City“ free of charge, which contains all current cultural, social
and musical events in Vienna. We are also happy to invite you into our private wine cellar
were we can welcome you to Vienna with a glass of Austrian wine!

All prices are per night including final cleaning and all taxes.

Children up until 2 years old are free, discount for children until 12 years old.

10% discount for a stay of 14 nights or more.
Long-term stays, Christmas and New Years
prices available upon request.

For staying only 1 night we have to charge you €3 per person
Pets are welcome upon prior approval. (€3 per pet, per day).

Check-in every day between 15:00-18:00 (3-6 PM)
or at another time, after prior arrangement.

Check out is at 11 o’clock (AM).
