Das großzügige Apartment in der Laxenburgerstraße besticht durch die zentrale Lage und ausreichend viel Platz für eine ganze Familie. Im 3. Stock mit Lift stehen Ihnen 3 freundliche Zimmer zur Verfügung. Eben erst frisch renoviert fühlen sich die Gäste in dieser hellen Wohnung auf Anhieb wohl. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel und nächste Umgebung Das Apartment Alexandra befindet sich am Anfang der Laxenburgerstraße. In unmittelbarer Nähe können unsere Gäste auf der Fußgängerzone Favoritenstraße sowie im Einkaufszentrum Columbus Center flanieren und shoppen. Nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt liegt die U-Bahn Station U1 Südtirolerplatz, von wo aus Sie in nur 2 Stationen die Staatsoper und den 1. Bezirk erreichen. Weiters sind der Wiener Südbahnhof, das Schloss Belvedere mit seinen wundervollen Parkanlagen, der Botanische Garten und das Arsenal mit dem Heeresmuseum gleich in der Nähe.

Das Appartement

Das kürzlich gänzlich renovierte Apartment verfügt über 3 Zimmer: Esszimmer (ca. 15 m²) für 6 Personen sowie einer ausziehbaren Couch (160x200 cm), Wohnraum (ca. 15 m²) mit Arbeitsplatz und ebenfalls einer Ausziehcouch (180x200 cm) und ein kleines Schlafzimmer (ca. 10 m²) mit Doppelbett (160x200 cm). Die Küche ist mit allen Geräten und einer Waschmaschine ausgestattet. Badezimmer (mit Wanne) und WC sind getrennt. Die moderne Einrichtung wurde im Frühjahr 2008 im eleganten Stil neu adaptiert. Insgesamt finden 6 Personen Platz



Ausstattung: Für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt stehen Ihnen zur Verfügung: Voll ausgestattete Küche samt Koch- und Essgeschirr, Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, Herd, Ofen, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Toaster, Nespresso Kaffeemaschine. Moderne Geräte wie Waschmaschine, Bügeleisen, Staubsauger, CD/DVD Player, Flat Screen TV Gerät mit deutsch- und englischsprachigen Programmen (ORF, ARD, ZDF, RTL, SAT1, PRO7, Eurosport, DSF, N-TV, CNN, TV5, RAI,...) Für die heissen Tage im Jahr finden Sie ein mobiles Klimagerät in der Wohnung. Doppelbett (160 x 200 cm), zwei ausziehbare Couch für je 2 Personen, Bettwäsche und Handtücher. Bücher, Spiele, Zeitschriften, Stadtplan. Voll ausgestattete Küche samt Koch- und Essgeschirr, Geschirrspüler, Gefrier - Kühlkombination, Elektroherd, Backrohr, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Mikrowelle, Töpfe, Pfannen. Internet, Laptop, Gitterbett und Kindersitz auf Anfrage. Anreise wochentags ab 17.00 Uhr, Sonn- und Feiertage jederzeit möglich. Abreise bitte bis spätestens 12.00 Uhr. Dear guests ! The apartment connects design with cosiness in private atmosphere. Their holiday apartment for a wonderful stay in the cultural city of Vienna.

The comfortable apartment on Laxenburgerstraße is distinguished by its central location and sufficient space for a whole family. Located in the 3rd floor with elevator it provides its visitors 3 friendly rooms. The apartment was shortly renovated so that our guests will feel at home very quickly. Location and surroundings The apartment Laxenburgerstraße is located at the beginning of the Laxenburgerstraße. Very close our guest can enjoy the pedestrian zone Favoritenstraße as well the shopping mall Columbus Centre. Only a few minutes away on foot is the underground station U1 Südtirolerplatz, from which Vienna’s city center (Karlsplatz/Oper) and the State Opera can be reached by traveling just two stations. Furthermore the railway station Südbahnhof, the Belvedere Castle with its beautiful park, the Botanical Garden and the Arsenal with the Museum of Military History are close the apartment.

The Apartment

The bright apartment has three rooms: dining room for 6 people (approx. 15m²) and a convertible couch (160x200 cm), living room (approx. 15 m²) with working place and a convertible couch as well (180x200 cm) and finally a bed room (approx. 10 m²) with double bed (160x200 cm). The kitchen is fully equipped. Bath room (with tub) and toilet are separated. The friendly furnishings were newly adapted in an elegant style in spring 2008. There is room for a total of six persons.



Further equipment: Available to quests for a comfortable stay: Fully equipped kitchen with cookware, plates and dishes, fridge, microwave, cooker, oven, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine. Modern equipment like washing machine, iron, vacuum cleaner, CD/DVD Player, Flat Screen TV with German and English-language programs (ORF, ARD, ZDF, RTL, SAT1, PRO7, Eurosport, DSF, N-TV, CNN, TV5, RAI,...) A mobile aircondition device is available in the apartment. Double bed (160 x 200 cm), 2 convertible couches each for two, bed linen and towels. Books, games, magazines, city map, (highchair and crib upon request). Internet, Laptop, cot or high cair on request. Journey weekdays from 17.00 o'clock, Sundays and holidays any time possibly. Departure please at the latest 12.00 o'clock. With your arrival you receive from us a welcome parcel with useful and helpful information for your stay in Vienna. Least stay 3 nights non-smoker-flatlet, no credit cards, domestic animals permits.
